TRAINING DEVELOPMENT & DELIVERY MANAGER
The main role of the Training Development & Delivery Manager is to
lead the design, accreditation and management of new training
programmes, ensure highest quality delivery of accredited and
unaccredited training to staff and the public, and manage ongoing
administration such as qualifications and certifications.
The focus is to develop a new bicycle upcycling scheme and pilot
effective training programmes and models that can be replicated on a
nationwide basis. As part of this pilot scheme The Rediscovery Centre
seeks to develop and provide high-quality training modules and
programmes for the wider bicycle industry in Ireland, as well as a
model for other reuse social enterprises. However, as there is a wider
need for training development and qualifications across all of our
social enterprises, the role will more broadly address all new
training programmes.
This is a full-time role. It is a fixed term contract ending on the
